Position Summary:

As a Full-Time Juice Bar Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our juice bar operations. You’ll lead a team of enthusiastic associates, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every smoothie, juice, and specialty beverage is made to perfection. Your role will be to create an inviting atmosphere, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold our commitment to quality and sustainability. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role that offers a dynamic and rewarding career path in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Excellence: Manage, train, and motivate a team of Juice Bar Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality beverages.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations of the juice bar, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and positive environment where customers feel valued and inspired to make healthy choices.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all beverages meet our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation, using fresh, organic ingredients.
  • Innovation and Creativity: Develop new recipes and seasonal specials that excite our customers and showcase the best of what organic ingredients have to offer.
  • Sales and Promotions: Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement, while educating customers about the benefits of organic living.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Passionate About Organic Living: A deep love for health, wellness, and organic food is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a juice bar, café, or similar setting.
  • Customer Service Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Legal Right to Work: Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Footwear Requirement: Must wear non-slip shoes for safety on the job; please note that these are not provided by the company.

Physical Requirements:

  • Hands-On Tasks: Skilled in fine and gross motor tasks—perfect for blending and pouring.
  • Visual Acuity: Strong peripheral and near/far vision for quality control.
  • Auditory Skills: Quick to hear and respond to instructions and customer needs.
  • Strength and Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility and Balance: Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and move with ease.
  • Temperature Tolerance: Comfortable working in varied temperatures.
  • Allergy-Friendly: Able to handle a range of fresh ingredients.
  • Climbing Confidence: Comfortable using step-stools and ladders.
  • Clear Communication: Effective at conveying instructions and collaborating with the team.
  • Reaching for Success: Capable of reaching below waist, at waist, and overhead.
